Stayed in clean a twin room with a balcony with. The location was unbeatable and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Pontile Medaglie d'oro. The staff were very amiable and efficient in case of questions.

I really got my money's worth staying at this hotel. The room may have been basic, but it was clean and that's what mattered to me. The location was great, close to the sea and the center of town. But what really made my stay enjoyable was the friendly staff who treated me like family.

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast room offered gluten-free alternatives. The front desk staff were consistently helpful and cheerful. The rooms had a stunning view of the Apuan Alps, were comfortable, and had modern bathrooms. The hotel had a large number of bicycles for rent, which was convenient for exploring Forte dei Marmi. The restaurant served delicious food and the beds were very comfy. The location of the property was good.
Felt like VIP, nothing to complain about.
